How are the garments sized?

All pieces are designed using standard Australian women’s sizing which allows for more room in the chest and hip area. For our non binary, trans family and those that have had top surgery, the extra allowance in the chest will not affect the overall fit. You can check out the size guide to determine what size you will be.

What sizes will you cater to?

We will be starting with size 8 up to size 20. Please check our size guides here.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards,Apple Pay and Paypal. We also accept Afterpay which allows any orders to be paid in 4 interest free instalments.

Will I Get a Tracking Number?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number via email

How long will my return take?

Returns may take up to 15 full business days from when we receive the parcel, to when it is processed by our team. You should receive your refund or credit not 3-5 days after processing. You will be kept up to date throughout the process.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear this – we will work with you to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please follow the returns policy in the help section.

IMPORTANT: Please readand complete the returns information BEFORE you send your item back. Any items returned to us without follwoing the process we are not liable for.

My address is wrong, can I update it?

Don’t worry this can happen.We have a small window before your order is shipped out where we can attempt to update the delivery address for your order. Please send an email to care@meksclothing.com.au with your name, order number and updated address

Did you miss out on high demand item and your order was still processed after it sold out?

Sadly this can happen - With high demand poducts comes an even higher traffic rate of visitors on the web store. Sadly what can happen from time to time is the item may have 10 pieces available and 15 visitors checking out at one time. Meaning some customers may miss out during that high frequency purchase period.

Our platform (Shopify, one of the worlds largest eCom platforms) still allows this purchase to go through when loading customer carts all at the same time. What then happens is when the orders are packed, the extra 5 purchases are place on back order.

We do endeavour to get back to any customer this may happen to within 24-72hrs. When and if this does occur the customer will receive a complete and full refund of the purchase and shipping amount.
